This comprehensive assay enables the simultaneous detection and identification of 37 targets, including 5 fungal pathogens, 14 bacterial pathogens, 1 protozoan, and 17 AMR markers. By incorporating AMR detection, the panel not only identifies causative organisms but also helps predict antibiotic resistance, guiding effective treatment decisions, supporting infection control, and promoting antimicrobial stewardship.
